Customers using purchase orders will proceed upon receipt of purchase order. Current customers in good standing are not required to post a depost or provide a purchase order prior to production.

Note Order Cancellation: Customers will be responsible for 100% of the cost of materials consumed prior to cancellation, including all engraving and delivery changes. Re-usable supplies returned to stock requires a 15% restocking fee.
We do not send out hard copy catalogs. We have placed representative samples of our products in our website.
ABSOLUTELY: Our website can not possibly list all of the available products that we have for sale. Please contact us if you do not see what you want on our website.

Engraving on Plaques, Acrylics, Bowls, Urns, Clocks & Desk sets: .20 per letter engraved.

Sublimation (Black Imprinting) on Trophies: .10 per letter.

Engraving on Medals: .15 per letter engraved.

Engraving on Glass & Crystal: Flat Rate at $10.00 per piece.

Engraving Specials: Sublimation on Trophies specifically used for organized youth activities ages 16 & Under is Flat Rated at $1.00 per trophies for 3 lines of text. All trophies must say the same thing. Youth Trophies may be personalized with individuals name, number or title at a Flat Rate of $2.00 per trophy for 3 lines of text. 10 trophy minimum.

New Logos & Other Graphics: $35.00 Initial Set-Up Fee - Each Graphic. No Charge Graphic Engraving On Your Initial Order - Regardless of Quantity.

Engraving of Pre-Scanned Logos & Other Graphics: $5.95 - $8.95 Depending on Complexity of Graphic. We do offer over 65,000 Catalogued CorelDraw Graphics for just about any occasion for $3.95 - $8.95.
Standard Production is 3-7 business days.

Between April 15 - June 30, standard production is 7-14 business days.

A production day starts the day after your order is accepted and all pre-production terms have been met.

Rush service is available at an additional charge.
Logos, signatures and other graphics must be hand delivered or mailed to our showroom. No other delivery method is accepted - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Logos, signatures and other graphics MUST BE BLACK, PRINTED ON WHITE PAPER, AT LEAST 3 INCHES ROUND OR SQUARE.

Your submission must be clean & crisp, no jagged edges, gray scales, shading, color or colored background.

There is a one-time change of $35.00 to scan and store each Logo/Graphic.
We are set-up to deliver Plaques, Glass, Crystal and Medals only. All other items must be picked-up in our showroom.

Items are delivered by UPS and cost $10.00 plus actual UPS shipping charges as determined by weight, size, and delivery area.
